Shoreline Wellness Escapes
This Autumn / Winter we are excited to launch our new Shoreline Hotel Donabate Wellness Escapes. We have teamed up with Yoga Teacher & Wellness coach Louise Tyrrell of Zenlife Ireland to offer you exclusive Wellness Escapes. Louise’s experience as an Empowerment Mentor, Heart-Centred Yoga Teacher and International Inspirational Speaker brings a wealth of knowledge and learning to our programme.
Our two night package focuses solely on you! Now more than ever taking care of our mind and body is so important. What this means to each of us can be different in many ways, whether it be taking a walk in the surrounds of nature, curling up with our favourite book, practising yoga, meditating or simply meeting friends and family.
During your Relax and Recharge Wellness programme, you will experience a once-off opportunity to totally switch off.
The Detail
- Arrive on Sunday to a welcome reception with a light evening meal and meet the team who will enlighten you on what to expect. The evening is yours to simply relax.
- Monday morning will start with rise and shine beach yoga.
- After breakfast, we are excited to share soothing aromatherapy tips to allow you effectively use oils at home to soothe your mind and practice heavenly hand and face massage.
- A mid-morning tea/coffee will kickstart our mindful meditation session followed by a beautiful mindful beach walk.
- Followed by a healthy lunch in our Brasserie.
- Our afternoon wellness workshop will be sure to give you lots of tips on how to ensure a healthy body and mind in your every day life.
- Monday evening you can enjoy a chilled vision board workshop in our lounge along with a cheeseboard and wine.
- Tuesday morning enjoy rise and shine beach yoga and breakfast.
- Followed by our closing workshop will bring your wellness escape to a close. You will float home feeling lighter, inspired and refreshed, with a goody bag as a reminder of your Shoreline Wellness Escape.
The cost of this two night programme is €397 per person sharing a double/twin room. Single Supplement is €70
