General hotel information

Q: What time is check in and check out?
A: Check in time is from 3 pm and check out is 12 noon.
Q: Can I request early check in?
A: Early check in is based on availability of rooms. By calling the hotel directly or sending a email prior to your arrival your request can be answered. If you want to be guaranteed an early check in you can pre book with an additional charge will apply.
Q: Does the hotel provide late check out?
A: If you wish to stay longer than 12 noon it will be an additional fee of €10 an hour. Request has to be made to our reception staff to see availability of rooms.
Q: Can I arrange amenities or gifts to be placed in the room?

Q: Do you have family rooms?
A: Yes, our family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children sharing and a toddler/baby in a travel cot. We can accommodate an extra person with and additional fee.
Q: Do you provide hairdryers, iron, ironing boards and tea/coffee facilities in the room?
A: Yes, all our rooms have hairdryers and tea/coffee facilities placed in the room. We can provide an iron and ironing board for your stay by asking a member off staff at reception.
Q: Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
A: Yes we do, you can book through our reception team by calling them at (01) 810 9200
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Free cancellation 48 hours prior to arrival. You will be charged in full if there is no show or not cancelled within the 48 hours.
Q: Can the hotel hold luggage after check out?
A: Yes, we can store your luggage for you until you are departing the hotel.
Q: Is internet access available?
A: Yes, we have free WiFi in all areas of the hotel.
Q: What time do you serve food?
A: Our lunch menu runs from Monday to Sunday 12 pm – 4 pm
Our dinner menu is served from 5pm – 7.30pm Monday – Wednesday and 5pm – 8.30pm Thursday – Sunday
Q: What time is breakfast served?
A: Monday to Sunday 8 am to 11 am

A: Yes, we provide free parking for our guests.

Q: Are you close to the beach?
A: Yes we are, Donabate beach and Portrane cliff walk is located right on our doorstep.
Q: Where is your nearest Train Station?
A: Donabate train station is a 3 minute drive from the Hotel, or if you prefer a short walk it’s just 15-20 minutes away.
Q: How close are you to Dublin Airport?
A: We are located 12 minutes from Dublin airport.
Q: How much does a taxi from Dublin Airport to Shoreline Hotel cost?
A: It is approximately €25 – €29
Q: How close are you to Dublin city center?
A: We are 25 minutes from the City Center with many ways to commute in.
